Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist at Duns Consulting, you will be the first point of contact for technical support. You’ll assist both internal teams and clients with technical challenges, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

You will remotely diagnose and fix technical issues, configure hardware and software, and provide training or guidance to users when necessary. Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of IT systems, common issues, and resolutions will also be part of your duties. Your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge will be critical in ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.

Collaboration with other IT professionals and staying updated on emerging technologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You’ll also ensure adherence to security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in remote settings.
  • Proficiency with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective problem resolution.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus.
